  • 75 minutes | $225


    Your first session is a space to slow down and be heard. Together, we’ll explore what life looks like for you right now, what’s been challenging, what’s been supportive, and what might help you feel more at ease. We’ll review your medical history, hormonal health, movement, and daily rhythms to gain a clear understanding of what’s in balance and what may need care. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that feels realistic and restorative, helping you feel more centered, capable, and hopeful about what’s ahead.

    Each follow-up session builds on the last, offering space for reflection, learning, and continued growth. Together, we’ll look at what felt meaningful, what challenged you, and what gave you energy throughout your week. These sessions help you reconnect with your body’s cues, strengthen self-trust, and find stability in the moments that feel uncertain. Because healing isn’t linear, we honor progress in all its forms, especially the small, steady steps that create lasting change
