Sourdough Granola Dad Bars
Ingredients
● 320 grams Oats
● 140 grams dry roasted peanuts, finely chopped
● 50 grams chocolate chips
● 100 grams raisins
● 190 grams peanut butter
● 165 grams honey
● 200 grams sourdough starter discard
● 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13” pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
3. Transfer the granola bar mixture to the prepared pan. Press it evenly into the pan,
making sure to spread it out into the corners.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges begin to turn lightly golden brown.
5. Allow the granola bars to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
6. After cooling, use the parchment paper to lift the baked granola bars out of the pan.
Cut into 24 equal-sized portions.
